Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FlinnSchema (“the Service”), operated by Flinn G Evans (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FlinnSchema provides AI visibility auditing tools for businesses. The Service includes website analysis across 26 scoring factors, LLM prompt testing across AI search engines, competitor comparison, blog post generation and publishing (via Shopify and WordPress integrations), implementation roadmaps, page crawl analysis, keyword ranking tracking, backlink analysis, a Schema Builder wizard for structured data, and an SEO Specialist account type for managing multiple client accounts, including a partner programme through which specialists can earn commission on clients they refer. The Service is accessible via our website and dashboard.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your website URL
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use
• Only audit websites you own or have authorisation to audit

4. Free Services

Free accounts receive up to 5 audit refreshes on your registered website. Free audits provide an overall AI visibility score and factor overview without detailed recommendations, expanded analysis, or premium features. Free audit results include locked previews of premium content.

5. Premium Subscription (£179.99/month)

A recurring monthly subscription that unlocks the full platform, including:

• Detailed 26-factor audit report with recommendations
• LLM prompt testing across 3 AI engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) — 4 tests per billing period with a 3-day cooldown between tests
• Blog post generation — generate AI-written posts and publish directly to your connected Shopify or WordPress site
• Competitor comparison against up to 3 competitor URLs
• Implementation roadmap with prioritised tasks
• Full page crawl analysis
• Unlimited audit refreshes

Premium + Strategy (£279.99/month) includes everything in Premium, plus 3 hours per month of one-to-one AI-visibility strategy calls with Flinn. It is billed monthly on the same terms and does not include a free trial.

Additional LLM tests and blog posts beyond your monthly allowance are available for £5 each, with a 24-hour cooldown for extra tests and a 3-day cooldown for extra blog posts.

Quotas reset automatically at the start of each billing period.

Premium is advertised at £179.99/month against a list price of £379.99/month. The list price is a reference price for comparison only; the amount you pay is the amount shown on the Stripe checkout page before you confirm, and that is the only amount that will be charged. Other plans are available at different rates — where this section refers to £179.99/month, the rate applicable to you is the one confirmed at checkout and shown in your account settings.

5a. Premium Free Trial (3 days)

New Premium subscriptions may start with a 3-day free trial. The trial is offered to first-time subscribers only — if you have held any FlinnSchema subscription before (on any plan, including one you have since cancelled), the trial does not apply and your subscription starts as a paid subscription straight away. The Premium + Strategy plan is never offered with a trial.

Where a trial applies:

• You pay £0 today. Nothing is charged during the 3-day trial.
• We collect your card details when you start the trial and store them securely with our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or hold your full card number.
• You get full Premium access for the 3 days of the trial.
• The trial converts automatically into a paid Premium subscription at the end of day 3, and your card is charged £179.99. It then renews monthly at £179.99 until you cancel.
• You may cancel at any time before the trial ends, from your account settings. If you cancel before the end of the trial you will not be charged anything, and you keep Premium access until the trial period runs out.
• If we cannot take payment at the end of the trial (for example, your card has expired), the subscription is cancelled and your account reverts to the free tier.

By starting a free trial you agree to it converting into a paid £179.99/month subscription as set out above unless you cancel first.

6. Subscription Cancellation & Renewal

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription status changes to “pending cancellation”
• You retain full premium access until the end of your current billing period (or, during a free trial, until the end of the trial)
• No further charges will be made
• After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the free tier

Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle. You will be charged £179.99 at each renewal on the Premium plan, or £279.99 on Premium + Strategy, unless you cancel before the renewal date. If you subscribed at a different rate, you continue to be charged the rate confirmed at your checkout and shown in your account settings; a change to our published prices does not change the rate on an existing subscription.

7. Implementation Service (£500)

A one-time payment for hands-on schema markup implementation on your website. Work begins within 24 hours of payment and includes a 30-day support window. The scope of implementation is based on your audit results at the time of purchase.

8. Blog Posts

Premium subscribers can generate AI-written blog posts by keyword and publish them directly to their connected Shopify or WordPress site. Posts are generated using AI. You retain full control over your published content and may unpublish or delete any blog post at any time.

8a. Specialist Accounts

SEO/GEO Specialists may create a free Specialist account. Specialists receive a unique code that clients can use to grant the specialist access to their FlinnSchema account. By accepting a client connection, the specialist can view the client’s dashboard and audit data via secure magic-link access. All specialist access is logged. Clients may revoke specialist access at any time from their account settings.

Specialists are responsible for using client account access solely for the purpose of managing the client’s AI visibility. Unauthorised actions taken via specialist access remain the specialist’s responsibility.

8b. Partner Programme

Specialists may also join our partner programme and receive an affiliate link. Where a client signs up through that link and goes on to pay for a subscription, the specialist (the “partner”) earns a commission on that client’s payments. Joining is free.

• Commission rate. 30% of what the referred client actually pays, each month, for up to 12 months from that client’s first cleared payment.
• The 12-month window. The window runs from the client’s first cleared payment and does not restart. If the client cancels and later resubscribes, commission resumes on payments falling inside the original 12 months and stops when that window ends.
• Commission is earned on cleared payments only. A commission arises when a subscription payment clears — not when a client signs up, starts a free trial, or is invoiced. One-off purchases, such as the implementation service, do not earn commission.
• Refunds and chargebacks. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the corresponding commission is reversed. Where a reversal exceeds your available balance, the shortfall is carried against future commission.
• Maturation. Each commission matures 14 days after it is earned and cannot be withdrawn before then.
• Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal is £100 of matured, unclaimed commission. Payouts are made by bank transfer to the account details you supply with your request. You may have one payout request open at a time.
• Connect codes earn no commission. A client who connects to you using your specialist code (section 8a) is not a referral and earns you nothing. Only clients acquired through your affiliate link earn commission.
• Attribution. Where more than one partner’s link is involved, the last link clicked before the client’s first payment is the one credited. Attribution is then locked at that first payment and does not change afterwards.
• Self-referral is not permitted. You may not use your own affiliate link to refer yourself. Commission is also not payable on a client who already holds, or has previously held, a paid FlinnSchema subscription.
• Verification. We verify partners before the first withdrawal is paid. We may decline a referral or withhold payment where we consider a referral to be fraudulent or abusive.

An affiliate referral does not by itself give you access to the client’s account. Access is a separate step that the client must approve, and they may revoke it at any time, as set out in section 8a.

Partners are independent and are not employees, workers, agents or representatives of FlinnSchema, and have no authority to make commitments on our behalf. You are responsible for your own tax affairs, including declaring commission income and accounting for any VAT that applies to it.

We may change the terms of the partner programme on notice. A change does not alter commission you have already earned.

9. Featured Case Studies

With your consent, we may publish a case study about your AI visibility improvements on the FlinnSchema website or blog. You are not obligated to participate, and you may request removal at any time.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Submit URLs for websites you do not own or have authorisation to audit
• Attempt to bypass server-side quota or cooldown enforcement
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell, redistribute, or white-label audit reports without written permission

11. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding of the FlinnSchema platform are owned by Flinn G Evans. Audit reports generated for your website are provided for your use only.

12. Data and Accuracy

Audit scores and recommendations are generated algorithmically based on publicly available information about your website. AI visibility scores are indicative and should not be treated as guarantees of AI search engine performance. AI search engine behaviour changes frequently and is outside our control. LLM prompt test results reflect a snapshot at the time of testing and may vary between runs.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlinnSchema shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the account settings page. Upon termination, your data may be retained for up to 30 days before permanent deletion, except payment records which are retained for 7 years. Partner commission and payout records are retained for 6 years as accounting records, including after an account is deleted.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
