Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FlinnSchema (“the Service”), operated by Flinn G Evans (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FlinnSchema provides AI visibility auditing tools for businesses. The Service includes website analysis across 26 scoring factors, LLM prompt testing across AI search engines, competitor comparison, self-blog post generation, implementation roadmaps, and page crawl analysis. The Service is accessible via our website and dashboard.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your website URL
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use
• Only audit websites you own or have authorisation to audit

4. Free Services

Free accounts receive up to 5 audit refreshes on your registered website. Free audits provide an overall AI visibility score and factor overview without detailed recommendations, expanded analysis, or premium features. Free audit results include locked previews of premium content.

5. Premium Subscription (£100/month)

A recurring monthly subscription that unlocks the full platform, including:

• Detailed 26-factor audit report with recommendations
• LLM prompt testing across 4 AI engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Grok) — 4 tests per billing period with a 3-day cooldown between tests
• Self-blog post requests — 4 per billing period with a 3-day cooldown after publication
• Competitor comparison against up to 3 competitor URLs
• Implementation roadmap with prioritised tasks
• Full page crawl analysis
• Unlimited audit refreshes

Additional LLM tests and blog posts beyond your monthly allowance are available for £5 each, with a 24-hour cooldown for extra tests and a 3-day cooldown for extra blog posts.

Quotas reset automatically at the start of each billing period.

6. Subscription Cancellation & Renewal

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription status changes to “pending cancellation”
• You retain full premium access until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made
• After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the free tier

Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle. You will be charged £100 at each renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date.

7. Implementation Service (£500)

A one-time payment for hands-on schema markup implementation on your website. Work begins within 24 hours of payment and includes a 30-day support window. The scope of implementation is based on your audit results at the time of purchase.

8. Self-Blog Posts

Premium subscribers can request blog post topics generated by AI based on their industry. Topics are generated using OpenAI. When you select a topic, our team writes and publishes a blog post on your behalf. You retain the right to request removal of any published blog content at any time.

9. Featured Case Studies

With your consent, we may publish a case study about your AI visibility improvements on the FlinnSchema website or blog. You are not obligated to participate, and you may request removal at any time.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Submit URLs for websites you do not own or have authorisation to audit
• Attempt to bypass server-side quota or cooldown enforcement
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell, redistribute, or white-label audit reports without written permission

11. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding of the FlinnSchema platform are owned by Flinn G Evans. Audit reports generated for your website are provided for your use only.

12. Data and Accuracy

Audit scores and recommendations are generated algorithmically based on publicly available information about your website. AI visibility scores are indicative and should not be treated as guarantees of AI search engine performance. AI search engine behaviour changes frequently and is outside our control. LLM prompt test results reflect a snapshot at the time of testing and may vary between runs.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlinnSchema shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the account settings page. Upon termination, your data may be retained for up to 30 days before permanent deletion, except payment records which are retained for 7 years.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
