Why Our Founder Built FlinnSchema
Our founder, Flinn G Evans, started FlinnSchema because he saw a gap that most agencies were ignoring. As AI assistants like ChatGPT and Perplexity became the primary way people discover products and services, the businesses he worked with were invisible to them. Their Google rankings were fine, but when someone asked an AI “What’s the best X near me?” they simply didn’t exist.
The problem wasn’t their products or their content — it was that AI systems couldn’t understand their websites. No structured data. No schema markup. No machine-readable signals. So he started hand-coding JSON-LD for e-commerce stores, testing what actually made AI systems cite a business, and tracking the results across every major AI engine.
